The colour is that all that has to attract you to parrots. The beak and feet of parrots are also other striking features of the parrot. Almost every parrot has a curved beak which is also very sharp. The claws are also very strong and are well adapted for climbing and holding fast to trees.
A most parrots are vegans. Some others live on a mixture of meat, fruits and nuts. Parrots love a variety and may even adapt themselves to eating industrially made food.
Parrots have different temperaments. Most parrot species are very sociable. There are so many other species which are very hostile and even destructive to their surroundings when they are not properly taken care of.
Although there as so may parrot species, a lot of people will prefer going in for the African Gray Parrots, Cockatiels, Cockatoos, Budgerigars, Eclectus, Amazons, Conures and Macaws.
