There are so many features about parrots that people love. One striking feature of parrots is their ability to mimic people. These are among the most cherished and most sought for types of parrots. In fact, you can find the blue parrot just in every parrot shop you visit. This type of parrot is not easy to find. This is the more reason why it can be as cheap as $400 and as expensive as $800. The price will also be determined by the sex and the capacity to breed just the same colour of parrot when it is bred with parrots of other species.
These types of parrots include the Blue Macaw which has its origin from South America and specifically from Argentina. This type of parrot is not very bold but it is amongst those species which are known for their communal way of living. This type of parrot is also different from most other parrots in that it is multicoloured. Keep in mind that the colours can easily alter with the shades and intensities of light.
This type of parrot is not very common nowadays. However, the blue trace found in their feathers is what gives them an appeal to the eyes of parrot lovers and this is also a reason why they are usually expensive.
Red Parrots
Some parrots are red. But this colour does not in any way associate them with the attributes of the red colour. What has been noticed nowadays is that most parrot lovers are fast considering these types of parrots for the simple reason that their red colours give off some elements of supernatural good looks. An example of this type of parrot is the Red-Breasted Senegal. These types of parrots will also not chatter much. However, they will always want to remain lively and will want to use their might to explore every feature in their environment. They are also very quiet and will only make noises when it is appropriate to do so. They are very clever and should be considered clever for learning an as home companions.
